Lucifer so far has been resurrected twice. Since season 3 the supernatural crime drama bagged a good amount of fan following but FOX cancelled the show and left fans in awe. But Netflix came to the rescue and picked up the series in season 4 and  planned to end the show after the fifth season.

The 16th episode of the fifth season was believed to be the end of the devil’s story but in a twist, the show makers decided to change the plot and got creative with it.
