Speculations suggest that POCO F2 Pro is finally ready to hit the market. It is scheduled to go official on May 12. Many reports revolving around the smartphone claim that it is going to be a rebadged version of the Redmi K30 Pro.
The good news for you is that 91mobiles has revealed the pricing and color variants of the POCO F2 Pro, ahead of the next week’s launch.
Xiaomi’s Spainish PR agency has allegedly sent out virtual invites to a POCO event scheduled on May 12. It also shared a video on it’s Twitter account stating that it will be revealing a “2nd generation phone”, which is supposedly the POCO F2 Pro.
If the information from a trusted source is to be believed, the publication has claimed that the POCO F2 Pro will carry a price tag of 570 euros for its 128 GB storage version. The 2nd-gen phone will also be arriving in other variants.
A previous leak a Portugal tech site had suggested that the 6 GB RAM + 128 GB storage and 8 GB RAM + 256 GB storage variants of the POCO F2 Pro will be priced at 649 euros and 749 euros in the Portuguese market. The high difference in price of the smartphone in the two markets (markets of European countries and Portuguese market), is because of the latter country’s private copy tax.
The handset is expected to arrive in four colours namely Blue, Grey, Purple, and White. Interestingly, these colours are similar to the ones in which Redmi K30 Pro was launched. It adds to what we earlier stated, it will definitely be a rebadged Redmi K30 Pro.
POCO F2 Pro is expected to arrive with 6.67-inch AMOLED display with notch-less design. It may be loaded with in-screen fingerprint reader.
With Snapdragon 865 SoC, the device will be powered by LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. POCO F2 Pro may come with 4,700mAh battery with 33W fast charging support. It is expected to come with a 20 megapixel pop-up selfie snapper.
