Apple just launched the best thing. On Monday, the company announced the news of launching a new version of its 13-inch MacBook Pro that comes with its new Magic Keyboard. It also comes with additional storage. The release arrives just after the company made it’s debut by launching MacBook Air that is studded with new magic keyboard in March.
The new MacBook Pro starts at $US1,300. The best part is, it is available starting from May 4, 2020. The addition of this new MacBook signifies a lot for the brand. Basically, it means that the Apple’s revamped Keyboard is now available in an entire line up : the 13-inch MacBook Pro, 16-inch MacBook Pro, and MacBook Air.
Apple Launches MacBook Pro
The latest laptops run on Intel processors. It has the base level offering quad-core 8th generation chips and also provides the option of upgrading to 10th generation processors.
It possesses 256GB of storage at the base level. Interestingly, this capacity is double the capacity of the previous-generation’s entry-level model. It features the 13.3 inch Retina display with a resolution of 2560 by 1600 which is same as the last year’s model. The 13.3 inch display banishes the rumour that suggested Apple was working on a 14-inch laptop to replace the 13-inch MacBook Pro.
With the launch of MacBook Pro, Apple has successfully came out of the widespread controversy of butterfly mechanism keyboard.
The butterfly mechanism keyboard was debuted by Apple back in 2015 on the 12-inch MacBook. It has a flatter design that aided the company in achieving a thinner and more stylish profile for it’s laptops.
However, the butterfly keyboard wasn’t a big hit and many consumers reported issues like keys that would register twice when only tapped once or keys that wouldn’t work at all when pressed.
The latest MacBook Pro is a refreshing start and a new change that brings the Magic Keyboard to Apple’s smaller-sized MacBook Pro.
If rumours from various sources are to be believed, Apple has new plans for the MacBook line and their is more light at the end of the tunnel.
