A+ Rating Awarded To Oppo Find X2 Pro From DisplayMate

Guangdong OPPO Mobile Telecommunications Corp., Ltd, commonly known as OPPO is a leading manufacturer of electronics and smart phones. Based in Guangdong, China, Oppo has launched a whole range of android powered smartphones. The latest smartphone launched by Oppo is the Find X2 Pro.

It was launched last week as a flagship device and has managed to get top billing from DisplayMate for the best display on a mobile phone. DxO made an announcement soon after the release of Oppo Find X2 Pro, claiming that it achieved joint highest score of 124 in its camera test.

DisplayMate which is known for it’s great quality complete test of displays found on consumer electronics devices, awarded Oppo Find X2 series with an A+ rating. Recently, it also certified the Galaxy S20 series with A+ rating.
The Oppo Find X2 series received A+ rating for Quad HD+ AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate. The rating is also a proof that the device offers good color reproduction and high dynamic range. Although it has not yet confirmed by Oppo if it using a panel from Samsung but it does seem likely.

As a part of the test, DisplayMate notes that the screen has a maximum brightness of upto the level of 1200 nits. Both Find X2 and Find X2 Pro offers a 6.67-inch display with a resolution of 3168 x 1440 pixels.

The Find X2 is breaking all records and proving to be a star flagship smartphone for Oppo. The device has broken the record on Antutu benchmark too. Even though the app has disappeared from Google Play Store, it continues to be used to display the performance of a smartphone. With its record-breaking performance, Find X2 Pro has managed the highest score of 6,37,099 on Antutu benchmark.

By the use of Snapdragon 865 mobile platform from Qualcomm, Find X2 Pro is slaying with it’s high ranking. The previous highest score on Antutu was scored by Asus ROG Phone 2 powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 855+. It had a great score of 5,07,284.

What’s most confusing is whether it matters when the app itself is no longer present on Google PlayStore.
