A passenger tweeted about the train’s ‘dirty toilets’ and tweeted. On the other hand, instead of taking action on the complaint, the railways continued to retweet. In fact, a passenger named Parveen Komal on the train from Jammu Tawi to Haridwar complained by filing the Central Railway in a tweet about the problem of dirty toilets and water.
Parveen Komal tweeted,
“मल मूत्र से सनी हुई नरेंद्र मोदी और पीयूष गोयल की गाड़ी संख्या 14606 कोच S 8 धार्मिक नगरी हरिद्वार को जा रही है।जम्मू तवी से ही टॉयलेट से पानी नदारद। ये है रेलवे का भोंडा चेहरा। PNR 2625757548.” The tweet translates to Komal complaining about the dirty toilets in the Jammu Haridwar JAT HW Express(14606).
In this tweet, Passenger tagged the Central Railway. However, the Central Railway did not delay the response to the tweet. Instead of taking the action, the case was given to the North Railway. After this, the Northern Railway asked Moradabad DRM to look into the matter. Although the DMR of Moradabad handed over the matter to the control. All this happened on Twitter.
